In this weeks interview, I get to have a quick chat with the real queen of reality television Debra Weeks who is an executive producer with Nash Entertainment and has been behind some of the most successful reality shows currently available like Most Shocking and even an old but a good one Hard Copy.

Ms Weeks, if you could please tell us exactly what you do as an executive producer?

As an Executive Producer, I create and develop the format, style and content of each series and oversee the production and execution of each and every show. I’m a very hands on EP. I approve every story that goes into a show and help decide how to shape each episode. I work closely with the Network at all levels of production – from developing and creating a concept to making a budget and schedule to hiring a staff and ultimately to producing the series.

Was this what you always wanted to do?

Tania Gunadi stars in the new Disney XD show Aaron Stone as Emma Lau. Emma's a computer-savvy tomboy who's Aaron/Charlie's next door neighbor. She's like a version of James Bond's Q and is behind most of Charlie's weapons. Emma's also a second degree weapons specialist. You probably know Tania best from her co-starring roles in the Disney Channel Original Movies Pixel Perfect and Go Figure. Tania also had a minor role as an alien Starfleet cadet in the movie Star Trek directed by J.J. Abrams. Ms. Gunadi was nice enough to answer a few questions via email about her new role.

Where were you born?

Java, Indonesia. Java is an island about an hour’s flight away from the more well known Bali Island.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Kevin Rankin is probably best known for his role as wheelchair bound Herc, who befriends Jason Street in the show Friday Night Lights or as Tyler Briggs on the NBC show Trauma. Now, he plays the Devil in FX's new original series "Justified" with Timothy Olyphant. Mr. Rankin took time out of his busy shooting schedule to talk about his characters on both Trauma and Justified.

Q. Tell us about your character Tyler. I know you came out in the Halloween episode as being gay with a partner that does not seem too happy about that. Can you discuss that?

A. Tyler is a guy that is addicted to the job. He deals with the pressures thru a very odd sense of humor. He is gay, but it doesn't in any way define who he is or how he conducts himself. His relationship with his partner, Cameron Boone (Derek Luke), is a very important part of the show because it shows the dynamic between 2 completely different people that spend more time together than with their own families. It shows 2 people that can put their personal lives aside and really work together for a solution. His partner

Josh and JB Welch became successful entrepreneurs and businessmen at a young age. They accomplished this through hard work, intelligence and a youthful enthusiasm in an industry dominated by older individuals.

Josh Welch was just 14 years old and his brother JB was 18 when they decided to become business partners. We recently had the opportunity to chat with the two founders behind Junior Records.

When they were kids, Josh dreamed of being a scientist while JB fantasized about being an actor and a music producer. A few years later JB is living his dream. The brothers star in their syndicated TV program: “Josh & JB in The Industry,” a reality TV show currently airing in syndication around the US. The show centers on the development of Junior Records and the brothers’ rise to music stardom.

Profile: A Chat With Celeste Fianna The New "It Girl"!!

Celeste Fianna

Celeste may have been born in Southern California but she spent more of her time at ‘Ridge Farm’ in Surrey, England. This was a breeding ground for platinum albums! Where Pearl Jam recorded “Ten”, Oasis “Be Here Now”, Wet Wet Wet “Popped In Souled Out”, The Bluetones “Expecting to Fly”, Bad Company “Desolation Angels”, Queen “A Night at the Opera”, Ozzy Osbourne “Diary of a Madman” and “Blizzard of Oz” along with many others leading to current day.

Being that her father, Gary Drum, a musician, and her mother Catherine Andrews, an artist, she grew up wanting to be a Musician and an Artist. Being in Hollywood working as model and acting was not that high on her list of priorities growing up. If acting or modeling does not pan out for her she would suit up and go into space as an astronaut.

As a teenager,Celeste didn't think she was very popular but who really grows up and believes they will become the next "big thing" in Hollywood? She did add, in regards to this issue, "But I don't really know how because, when I was in high school, there were 3,500 kids!! As a child,I always felt very different, but who doesn't?"

Profile: The Day I met Royalty
Written by Jeremy Meyer
Sunday, 27 June 2010 23:21

They say that if you go to events in Hollywood you are able to meet and hang with some of Hollywood’s top stars and that is kind of what happened to me when I meet Madeleine Walderdorffwho is what they call an imperial countess. If you do not know what that is don’t worry I had no clue either until I meet Madeleine in Hollywood, Imperial Countess is basically a real life princes, she took the time to explain it to me “It is an Aristocratic family that you are either born into or marry into.... My family tree reaches back more than 800 years.”

So you can marry into it or you can be like Madeleine and be born into it. Well Madeleine was born in Austria and lived there until she was 12 and that was the time she was sent to Aiglon College a boarding school in Switzerland, one of the best boarding schools in world,  where she learned English, she then moved to the United States where she took acting at the New York Academy of arts. The thing is in Europe a lot of schools teach you English, very much like how in Los Angeles schools they teach you Spanish as your second language.

Madeleine grow up in a 600 year old Castle. Know that is what I call living. Her childhood heroes is just as interesting as her blue blood background. Her mother and Audrey Hepburn,  are her heroes "they were classy, smart and caring women. That is some classy women to look up to and your family should always be on of the people you admire and look up to in life".

The crazy part of her life, must have been that she was very much a tom boy before she became the lady she is today, the popular girl she should have been all along. The thing is, she was threaded differently because of her status, and her tomboy like appearance, I always thought of  royalty jumping English riding horses, but Madeleine instead chose to play succour, who would imagine.
Sins she was a kid  she always knew she wanted to come to Hollywood and become an actress.  She a collected all kind of things that had to do with America,  and she made sure to let me know that  her family, specifically her  Aunt and Uncle are the ones to thank for making it, happen.

Currently she is working on the CBS show "Josh and JB in the industry" in which she plays herself and help introduce charities with the very talented horse rider Courtney Welch. If she was not acting she loves interior designing so she will pimp out her place when she gets one.

She currently is planning several projects none of which she can say anything about just yet, but she will fill us in on all the details soon :) I am also working with Empowerment works an amazing Non Profit foundation, which helps create sustainable living! She gave me the impression of a Smart, funny and caring woman ,when I met her.

Last but not least, if you take her on a date if your that lucky she enjoys the following on her free time when she is not acting or solving world hunger. Hiking, reading, friends and shopping.
